Telescopic Rough Terrain

Telescopic Handler –  Rough Terrain – Moffett Mounty combilift trucks

In addition to providing specific training as listed we are able to advise clients on their duties and legal responsibilities for telescopic plant operations. We can develop and deliver training according to each client’s specific work practices regardless of what kind of telescopic construction plant appliances they use.

We offer training wherever and whenever telescopic plant operations occur and our clients include those in manufacturing and engineering (overhead travelling cranes), construction transportation (lorry loader cranes) and other sectors where the safe management and supervision of construction plant operations is not only critical for health and safety but a legal mandatory requirement.

The Health and Saftey (Offences) Act, which increases the penalties for health and safety crimes, comes into force this month. This act amends section 33 of the Health and Safety at Work, etc Act 1974, raising the maximum fine that may be imposed by the lower courts from £5000 to £20,000 for most health and safety offences. It also makes imprisonment an option for more offences in both lower and higher courts. By exceeding the £20,000 maximum fine to the lower courts and making imprisonment an option, more cases will be resolved in the lower courts, and justice will be faster, less costly and more efficient
